ATA programmes are on a package basis for adult programmes and a term basis for all junior programmes. There are limited places available, therefore all classes must be prepaid in advance. You will be billed from the first date of your programme or package, until the final lesson in your package or term date for junior program.

  • In case of bad weather, please do not assume that tennis is cancelled. Cancellation of lessons will be by text message approx. 45 mins before the commencement of the lesson. No communication means that the lesson is going ahead. If you are in a programme, you will be on a WhatsApp group chat with the other players and your ATA coach – when in doubt please contact the coach directly for confirmation. (NB – if you have a helper who will be doing pick-ups / drop-offs, please advise us of their contact number so they can be added into the group).
  • Any lessons missed due to bad weather will be offered make up times during holiday camps, on public holidays or offered alternate dates that suit you or we will run ATA’s new online TENNIS PROGRAM TASK. Please note the onus is on you to attend these sessions to make up the number of lessons you have paid for. Lessons not taken as make up sessions during the current term are non-refundable and non-transferrable to the following term. We do however, do our best to offer multiple options.
  • After registration is confirmed there will be no refunds for missed or unattended lessons.
  • Once a place is confirmed, there is no withdrawal from the program mid-term (other than in the event of serious illness or injury – where a medical certificate is required for proof).
  • If a player is medically unable to attend a class, or if class is cancelled due to bad weather,  the student will be offered make-up classes to the same number they have missed (medical certificate required). In the event that a make up class is offered and not taken, then that will be considered as taken. Make-up classes cannot be carried forward to the following term.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany children under six to the court.
  • All children must be collected promptly by their parent/guardian after the lesson has finished in consideration for their safety. As much as we love the children we cannot focus in two places at once. Responsibility for your child passes to you when they leave the tennis court after the completion of their lesson.
  • Parents are responsible for notifying ATA in writing immediately if they are aware of any medical condition affecting their children that may preclude them from participating in tennis activities.
  • ATA coaches are qualified professionals and offer a safe lesson environment for your child, however there is the possibility that injury may occur, even in the most supervised tennis environment. A condition of enrolling within the programme is that all parents and students acknowledge this fact, and agree to participate at their own risk. They also agree not to hold Australasia Tennis Aces Ltd, its directors, coaches or staff members responsible for any injury that may be caused whilst engaging in ATA tennis programmes.
  • It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate resources or necessary medical insurances to cover any injury or accident that may occur to their children whilst participating in, or travelling to and from tennis.
