The Court Is Your Gym. Introducing Tennis Fitness – a high-intensity fusion of bootcamp grit and tennis thrill. Why count reps when you can hit winners? Sweat. Strike. Socialise.
A New Era of Fitness! The intensity of a workout. The thrill of the game. The power of community. We’re rewriting the rules of group fitness. No more solitary struggles on the treadmill. No more silent reps in the mirror. We’re bringing the energy, the noise and the excitement back to training.
By fusing functional fitness with the dynamic movement of tennis, we’ve created a workout that hits different. It’s fast, it’s social and it’s addictive. You’re not just building a better body; you’re joining a movement that celebrates every sprint, every strike and every drop of sweat.
Get ready for the most exhilarating hour of your week.

The FITNESS Experience
Maximum Impact: Fitness shouldn’t feel like a sacrifice – it should feel like a win. We trade long, boring gym sessions for efficient, high-intensity intervals that respect your time and ignite your metabolism. Get in, go hard, get out.
Action Over Perfection: Forget the perfect swing, find your perfect rhythm. This isn’t a technical lesson – it’s a physical release. We focus on burning calories and high-volume striking. It’s about fast feet, big lungs and the simple joy of hitting the ball.
Unstoppable Energy: Accountability is automatic when the team is waiting. The collective energy of the group pushes you to dig deeper than you ever would alone. It’s a supportive arena that builds mental resilience alongside physical strength. We move as one.
Crave The Grind
Inside The Workout
Expect a dynamic mix of cardio, strength and skills. No two sessions are exactly the same, but the intensity never wavers.
High-volume feeding and live-ball scenarios to sharpen your reaction time and consistency under fatigue.
Agility ladders and line sprints to build the kind of court coverage that wins matches.
A functional mix of squats, lunges, plank variations (mountain climbers, knee taps) and jumping jacks to build a resilient, athletic body.
We utilise battle ropes for core stability and suspension training for total body control.
Classic skipping rope intervals to boost foot speed, incorporated with weights to build the muscle endurance needed to go the distance.
The Love of The Game
Who is This For?
All Fitness Levels & Tennis Abilities
Whether you are a competitive league player building your engine or picking up a racquet for the first time, this is your home. You don’t need to be a pro to join the team; our coaches adapt every session to your individual level. We blend the intensity of a workout with the joy of the game, creating a space where weekend warriors and social movers train side-by-side. Come for the fitness, stay for the high-fives.
The Social Athlete
Join the new social club. This is healthy hedonism at its finest – a stylish, energetic alternative to the usual social scene. You value the post-session coffee as much as the pre-session warm-up. We are building a culture where training partners become genuine friends, fuelled by endorphins and shared accomplishments.
Elite Standards. Real Community.

FAQs
Do I need to be fit?
Not at all. That is why we are here. Our coaches are experts at scaling the intensity. You work at your own pace, and we build your engine together.
What should I bring?
Just the essentials: a water bottle, towel, hat and sunscreen. If you have a racquet, bring it. If not, let us know in advance, and we will have one waiting for you.
Is it suitable for tennis beginners?
100%. This isn’t about hitting the perfect backhand; it’s about moving your body. The drills are designed so that a beginner can get just as good a workout as a pro.
Is it really as good as going to the gym?
We think it’s better. Instead of sitting on a machine, you are using your whole body in functional, explosive movements. You burn calories, build agility and improve your core strength—all while having a laugh with the team.
